• Google: Google LLC, including Google Business Profile and Google Reviews.

2. Services Provided

We help businesses generate more authentic Google reviews by:

• Sending automated review requests via SMS and email
• Providing review monitoring and management tools
• Delivering performance analytics and insights

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee the quantity, content, or rating of reviews. We only promote genuine, voluntary customer feedback in compliance with Google’s policies.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information
• Communicate only with customers you have a legitimate business relationship with
• Comply with applicable laws and Google’s review policies
• Avoid incentivising or manipulating reviews

4. Prohibited Activities

• Posting or soliciting fake, misleading, or incentivised reviews
• Spamming, harassing, or deceiving customers
• Modifying or reverse-engineering the Platform
• Misusing or unlawfully sharing customer data

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Privacy and Data Use

We collect customer data only as necessary to send review requests. We do not sell or share customer data for marketing purposes. We use security measures to protect all stored data.

6. Fees and Payments

• Subscription fees are charged at £95 per month, billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
• Your subscription includes up to 100 review requests per month. Additional requests are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
• You authorise us to charge the payment method on file automatically. Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of Services until resolved.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by UK law. Partial months are not refunded.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Use the Platform unlawfully
• Cause substantiated customer complaints

We may also temporarily pause Services where required to maintain compliance with Google’s policies, protect deliverability, or resolve billing issues. Unpaid fees remain due after termination.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee review outcomes or improvements in Google rankings
• We are not liable for review removals or policy updates by Google
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid during the 3 months before a claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reshape Reviews harmless against claims arising from misuse of the Services or violations of Google’s policies.

10. Compliance With Google Policies

You acknowledge that:

• Google prohibits offering incentives for reviews
• Reviews must be voluntary and free of pressure
• We may pause Services to maintain compliance

11. Data Processing and GDPR

Under UK GDPR:

• You are the Data Controller for customer information provided
• We are the Data Processor and act only on your instructions
• We delete contact data upon request or subscription cancellation

12. Consumer Rights and Cooling-Off

Reshape Reviews is primarily a business-to-business service. Where a subscriber qualifies as a UK consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Once Services have begun with the consumer’s consent, the right to cancel may be limited.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
